Searching for a child travelling without an adult? Confirm the airline’s acceptance process before buying

A flight price does not establish eligibility for an unaccompanied-minor service.

Describe the whole itinerary

Give the seller or operating airline the child’s age, each flight segment and the planned accompanying arrangement. A connection or a different operating carrier can require its own confirmation; do not infer acceptance from a searchable seat.

Ask who must complete the arrangements

Check whether a separate request, guardian paperwork and handover arrangements are required, and who may accompany the child at each end. Do not invent an age threshold or assume assistance is included in the displayed fare.

Use the booking provider’s actual rules

TRIPCARRY provides a route to flight searching and booking providers; it does not approve the child’s travel. Its interface is Korean, so this English guide is for readers able to use that interface or arrange appropriate help. Confirm assistance and costs with the actual provider before purchase.
