Keep each status message with its source
An airline cancellation message, a seller’s refund approval and a payment-provider credit are different records. Save the booking reference and the message showing what has actually been approved. Do not describe a refund as received solely because a request was accepted.
Ask the seller for the applicable process
Confirm which party processes the refund, the payment method it returns to and any stated processing window. If part of the booking is non-refundable or separately purchased, ask how each item is handled. Do not invent a standard refund deadline that applies to every seller and card issuer.
TRIPCARRY comparison is not refund administration
Follow up with the actual booking seller and payment provider using their official channels. TRIPCARRY’s comparison result is not a refund confirmation. This English guide is for readers who can use the current Korean comparison interface; it does not establish English booking or support availability.
