A traveller’s flight time is not their cargo-pickup availability

Plan the handover window separately from the advertised journey.

Ask when the person can actually meet

TRIPCARRY’s current Korean interface connects people sending items with travellers who describe their plans and available baggage space. A flight departure time does not show when the traveller can collect an item. Ask for an agreed handover window instead of assuming the hours before departure are free.

Include the point where preparation ends

Clarify whether the item will be packed and ready at that meeting, and where the traveller must go afterwards. Do not propose a handover so late that there is no practical time to check the agreed item or continue to the airport. The actual feasible timing must be agreed by the people involved.

Keep a proposal separate from a confirmed arrangement

A matching travel date is not a booking, airline acceptance or permission to carry the item. Reconfirm any changed handover conditions. This English guide is for readers able to use or obtain help with the Korean interface; it does not establish English-language booking support or guaranteed earnings.
